A Plus has been providing quality health care in the comfort of our clients homes since 2012. We
have a dedicated team of professionals who have cleared State and Federal background checks and
have passed a vigorous skill set exam to ensure that they are well qualified to serve our
clients. A Plus HHS serves clients primarily in Maricopa and Pinal County.

discuss with our clients and families what their goals are and then develop a care plan that
will help reach these goals in a realistic but timely manner.
